I'll tell you everything you need to know tomorrow when I'm rested. I

have done 289 colonic irrigations with ozone and it stopped my

esophageal cancer in its tracks. Of course there are many things you

must do to boost your immune system.

I'll help you all I can. Cancer is so scary but not for me anymore

after 23 months of survival and improved health. Read my introduction.

Enemas:

Check w/practitioner before using them. Coffee Enemas are by far the most

effective method of liver detox and are essential for people doing intensive

juicing and people who are highly toxic; chlorophyll enemas are also effective.

People w/gallstones reportedly should NOT take coffee enemas.

“Never use instant coffee or decafinated [or nonorganic coffee]…use

distilled water…Most coffee makers have an aluminum unit to heat the water. No
