Guest guest
Hi everyone, yesterday I did my 2nd flush and this morning I started passing the stones. Lots of small tan and green ones from the first 2 trips to the potty. I kept passing small amounts up until 8PM. It seems the epsom really makes me go a lot, before passing the stones I didn't go as much as today, after the last 2 doses of epsom. The symptoms started about a year ago; the pain wasn't bad at that point, but I did a " sort of flush " anyway with just some apple juice and olive oil. No epsom the first time. I did pass a lot of chaff and felt better for months. The fat I eat comes from dairy; I have always loved milk, cheese, ice cream and Chocolate milk. After I passed the chaf the first time, I cut out the milk but still had chocolate ice cream binges. I had stopped eating cheese quesadillas and jalaopeno cheese with grapes for snacks. About a week ago in a restaurant the salad had some grated cheese on it and i didn't think that small amount would hurt me. NOT. I've been hurting for a week. I saw my doc on Friday and he's setting up an appointment for the sonogam. I didnt even bother to tell him what I planned to do because he is totally uninformed about alternatives to anything. I mixed the epsom salt with apple juice and used lemon juice with the olive oil. It seems to me it was a rather successful flush. I didn't pass hundreds like some of you, but probably close to 100 after many trips to the potty. During the week I was hurting, it never got really bad, but I did hurt in some strange places plus the usual ones. My legs hurt with a pulling, drawing pain and my lower back hurt like it does with kidney stones. Now I feel very relieved and nothing hurts. If any hurting comes back before 2 weeks passes, should I do a flush early....and do I need to take any kind of supplements to replace anything lost in the process?
