Guest guest
I have been having lab results with extremely high liver enzyme values which are not coming down, even though I have been off of Zocor for 3 months. I have taken a LOT of meds over the past 5 years for Bipolar disorder, all except one of which I have been able to stop taking. My fear is that all these meds have damaged my liver, thus causing the high enzyme values. Gallstones have been ruled out through ultrasound, and hepatitis has been ruled out as well. I walk/hike with my dog for an hour a day, and I still can't lose weight either. I have a lot of PMS symptoms and my weight has been gained around my middle/upper body ( " apple " ). When I was younger (I'm only in my early 30's now) I was very thin and athletic and never had to worry about trying to diet, I just stayed naturally balanced through eating right and moderate exercise. Now, nothing seems to work. I am wondering if liver cleansing could help me. If so, where do I start? Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated!!
