Guest guest
I think it depends on the formulation and the condition it is for. Holy Basil is an excellent herb. I don't know if you take it dried or fresh. A tea is good. Any way you take it is better than not taking it if the condition calls for it. I believe Holy Basil is actually considered a mildly pungent herb. Bitter herbs would be like echinecea and golden seal. If it works for you, then that is the bottom line. Usually the formulations mixed with sugar are almost like a jam as chavanprash or taken with a glass of milk with honey or gur (Indian sugar). Now, i take Holy Basil for general well being and i put unsulphured blackstrap molasses, is this ok? > > Thanks. > > > >
