Guest guest
I buy bulk refridgerated soy lecithin granules from my local cooperative grocery (looks like coos coos), and mail order via internet) the largest empty gelatin capsules I can find - 000 size. Then - you scoop up the lecithin and put both ends of the caps together. You can purchase capsule fillers that hold 50 capsules at a time if you want to get REAL fancy It's more expensive than buying lecithin caps, however the active ingredient that emulsifies cholesterol has a much higher volume in bulk soy lecithin. So - the trouble is worth it to me. That and - I have tried VERY HARD to eat bulk soy lecithin scattered in yogurt, or in burritos, etc, and... I can't stand it Thus the capsules. You can buy vegetarian capsules also. pomagranate@... ps - re: hot pepper sauce - I also take Rascal from Kroeger herbs, which is marketed as parasite killer (worms), however it has cayenne pepper, pumpkin seed, garlic in it... and a neat side effect of this is.... when i'm fighting a cold, i take it - and it helps fend of colds nicely. I normally do try to get cayenne and garlic in my diet when my immune system is lagging... > Dear , > > How do you make the gel caps of lecithin? > > I've found all of the things that you do to be very helpful for > myself as well.
