Guest guest
Okay, let's defuse this subject and redirect at this issue: Is coppper bad for cancer patients? I've seen a few studies (but not a lot) saying that copper fuels angiogenesis of cancer cells. I've also seen several nutritional articles saying that excessive zinc and C intake depletes copper in the body. These articles all stress the need for supplemental copper if zinc and/or C intake is high. The supplement I was screaming about was merely following this guideline -- x amount of copper for y amount of zinc. However, should cancer patients cut out all zinc? Perhaps a major reason large dose of C are good for cancer patients is exactly because they deplete the body of copper.
