Guest guest
Howdy flushers, remember me? I thought I would let you know that I am completing probably my twentieth cleanse, but first post operative cleanse. Over the last four months I have regained a needed ten pounds, but I am having breakouts on my face, so decided to go for it and do a cleanse. It was the most horrible cleansing experience of my life. I think the psychological effects of seven months of struggling is in the very memory of my cells because from the time I took the first ES in apple juice to the final, I was extremely nauseated. After I drank the oogf mixture I thought I was going to lose it, but I was able to keep it down miserably. I feel very strongly that the experience was psychological. However, I never want to do it again. I think when I am ready to do a cleanse again, maybe six months, I will do the eight week Liver Cleansind Diet, and take some cleansing liver herbs. I want to stress that all of the others I did, while not enjoyable, were not so bad like this. My results were as follows. Lots and lots, (hundreds?)of sand to beebee sized green and tan what. I consider them too small to be called stones. I was so surprised that there were no typical green hard waxy stones that I am used to. In fact, I am posting on the website pics from one of my last cleanses before I had surgery. It was regular in 99% of my cleanses to get stones of this type. I finally thought, since my gb did not heal, that it was the olive oil and salts combining to make " soap stones. " But I now think they were coming from my gallbladder. I know others have produced stones without a gallbladder, but this just seems very strange to me. Anyway, thought I would let you know I am alive and well. Recovered from the surgery. I am now working out with weights and avoiding as much bad nutrition as possible. I allow myself whatever I want on Sundays. I don't feel deprived this way and it gives me something to look forward to. Dawn
Guest guest
It's good to hear from you Dawn. Glad to hear you are doing well. Sorry to hear about the bad experience with the nausea. Probably psychological. I remember when I went to Honduras I was worried about getting the runs. Sure enough I did - for the whole two week visit. My wife ate the same things I did and was fine. My brother-in-law and sister who live there and ate the same things were fine. I got checked for the parasites that normally cause that problem and was not infected. After flying back to the states at New Orleans, La I ate at Denny's and felt fine from then on. It was almost certainly psychologically caused, but very real just the same Sounds like you got out a bunch of the stuff that was used by your gallbladder to make stones with. Keep going and improving your food quality. I'd guess that the stuff you got out would cause stones given a little more time and the right (or would that be " the wrong " ?) conditions. Many people without gall bladders get stones out and experience the same good results after their flushes as those with gallbladders.
