First flush--kinda disapointed

Hi,

I did the parasite cleanse, then three weeks maintinence as

rec'd. Did most of bowel program along with parasite maintinence.

I do not have a zapper.

First cleanse this weekend done according to , with last epsom

salts dose cut in half---(just could not do anymore!!)

Some questions:

1. only got 15-20 greenish stones, only a couple slightly bigger than

a grain of rice. most very tiny. Shouldn't more come out??

Did anyone have this happen to them with more stones in subsequent

flushes?

2. Can the epsom salts be cut down at all? I had severe runs after

the first dose!! Maybe I am just really sensitive to epsom salts?

3. Noticed some very small, fine, white worms(?)with paired appendages

(legs?) in toilet late second day afternoon. Perhaps the parasite

cleanse I did was not good enough?

Any advice appreciated. I am wondering whether flushing is for me or

not.
