Between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. every night.  Food doesn't matter.

I finally got my LDN prescription today. Can anyone tell me the

protocol. I know it is 4.5 mg. But is this once a day or Bid? Als, when

should I take it? And with food?

Thanks,

Did you get compounded LDN or did you get Revia that you have to

compound yourself?

If the latter, just get a bottle and measure out 50 ml of water

(exactly), let it dissolve for about an hour, shake it well, then get

one of those baby medicine syringes and measure out 4.5 ml., and drink

it. Shake the bottle each time before you take your nightly dose. I

actually seem to do better with 4.0 ml rather than 4.5, but that is

just me.

Either way, yes, take it between 10 PM and midnight for best effect.

DO NOT take more than one dose, and DO NOT take more than 4.5 mg. This

will actually significantly decrease its effectiveness.
