Four year mark

I went in for my 4 year checkup yesterday. The CT scan was clear, praise the

Lord. All of my blood work good also. I was Stage III colon cancer when

diagnosed right before my 50th birthday. It has been a journey that is a

definite wake-up call.

Juicing, supplements and organic food plus reducing my stress through breathing

exercises.

I feel a great relief after yesterday but I am not going back to my previous

life style.

There is hope with a change in life style and a positive outlook on life.
