Brad...are you eating an improved diet and taking supplements to improve the liver and gallbladder function? Maybe some food enzymes with meals would be helpful, too. I don't know how old you are, but there comes a point when I think almost all of us need enzymes to aid digestion. Also Lecithin is so important and a good natural multivitamin to make up for the things that are lacking in our foods. L. Guest guest
Yes, I am eating a much improved diet, mostly whole foods. I used to have a very poor diet of mostly junk foods. I also have been taking a very good multi for years now, and do take the supplements for gall bladder/liver. I didn't know about lecithin, thanks. Guest guest
Hi Artur, I was wondering how you were doing with your need to cleanse so frequently. Glad to hear it's letting up some. All those stones must have been processing toxins out of your body at a very rapid rate. Guest guest
aluckower, Your story is awesome! Thanks for sharing it. It gives me hope. I had the idea that the stones were coming faster because I was getting healthier, and I think it is true. I guess I'm in that period where you don't feel very well, but the body is going through past illnesses and healing them. Makes sense if you've ever read about fasting or how the body heals itself. I used to feel like an 18 year old after the first few cleanses, now I only feel some relief from the symtoms, but I guess that's because there are more stones coming up right away. That's great news I hope you are supporting your kidneys with kidney herbs. They are surly being very stressed out with all the flushes and toxin removal. Keep it up Vince
Guest guest
I don't know what you are talking about Walt, don't you have any whole foods store nearby, or a health food store? Or are you talking about the regular grocery store? I don't think food quality gets worse on purpose, it's just a matter of cost. Manufacturers use lower quality ingredients or process food in a cheaper way. Braggs ACV is very good. I put a shot or two of it into a glass of organic unpasturized apple juice. Works very well for me. One in the morning, and one at night if I'm feeling bad, but if I'm doing ok, then once a day or so. Brad > Hi Cluadia: The difficulty here is getting the correct apple cider to do it with. Most store bought brands are culture dead anb of little use............. > Walt
Guest guest
My supermarket sells fresh pressed organic apple juice that is not processed or pasturized or heated in any way. I also have a health food store 10 minutes away that sells the same thing. You must be far from a major area or somethihg. I still say you must be talking about the regular grocery store. But your original post said something like it's hard to find good products, and I responded with I don't know what you are talking about, because I have probably 10 places within 30 minutes that I can buy great quality organic whole unprocessed food, all of which are not the normal grocery store. P.S. I'm glad you are educated. Brad > > > Hi Cluadia: The difficulty here is getting the correct apple > cider to do it with. Guest guest
By the way Walt, when I said my supermarket sells the organic unprocessed apple juice, I'm talking about the regular supermarket that is 5 minutes away from my house. The same store also has Bragg apple cider vinager. In fact, I'm going there tonight to get some more. So don't make a statement like " supermarkets do not sell... " . My regular supermarket(Genuardi's http://www.genuardis.com/) has organic produce, and a whole section of organic unprocessed whole foods. Don't assume that just because your supermarket doesn't have it that all don't. Many people reading your post may be very close to where they can get some, so don't tell them it's hard. Where do you live anyway? > > > Hi Cluadia: The difficulty here is getting the correct apple > cider to do it with.
