Guest guest
> The ACV is Bragg's. The recipe is on the bottle. >I make it by the gallon and put it in the frig and drink >a glass with ice at least three times a day. > Missmouthy Thanks very much to you and other's responses! I'll have to give this a go. 25 Years ago, before I cared about eating healthy, I remember going with a friend to stay with some friend's of hers that were real " health nuts " and each dinner, they had water with Apple Cider Vinegar in it..said it aided their digestion. I guess I should get around to adding that to my regimen...better late than never :-) L. Guest guest
> Hi > Dont know if you missed my post after that, >but if you have problems with candida albicans it will >trigger that. I have had that for a long time so i have >to watch for " triggers " . Thanks for the tip...I did think about that, as most of us deal with Candida to some degree if not eating properly, but I do use vinegars on my salad, and may drink some with my dinner. Also at bedtime I eat yogurt and take a probiotic supplement as well. I'll give it a try...I ordered 4 bottles, do they last indefinately if not opened?? > The ACV has worked very well. You are >correct that it helps with digestion. I have never taken >my PH level but have been wondering if that helps reduce >acidity in my body. I have pH strips and am usually pretty good, but will see how this affects. So even though the vinegar seems acidic when you take it, it has an alkili reaction in the body? Like fresh lemon?? Guest guest
something to consider about vineger is that acetic acid is supposedly a weak chelator of mercury. i think mercury is an important factor in gallstones. possibly more so than diet.
