Very interesting. Do you any more info? I haven't heard of grape

leaves in relation to cancer, but I heard (2nd hand) than master

herbalist Yance said they contain megaquantities of

resveratrol, which is strongly cancer-healing.

I think many people have recovered thru it, and it has much validity,

but I would choose a treatment w/a more solid reputation and track

record. And I wouldn't attempt a fast w/o medical supervision.

I heard

" You have to combine [the grape] diet with a 12 hour water fast every

day. If the water you are taking is not 100% pure (contains chlorine

or fluoride) then the diet, according to Johanna Brandt's book will

not work. [You must] use…Concord [grapes]…if you combine or eat ANY

others foods other than the grapes you will only feed your cancer. "

I think the last sentence is an overstatement; dark grapes are known

to help heal cancer.

I agree with Leonard here. I don't believe only concord grapes work or that you

have to have a 12 hour water fast. Basil Shackleton who wrote about his

experiences with the grape diet just ate red grapes - as many as he wanted - and

nothing else. That was it. But in these pipless grape days you will have to add

grape seed extract to get the full force of the grape.
