Guest guest
Hi Deborah, The master cleanse is a great way to start! Any time you stir up toxins like with the master cleanse you put more work on your liver and kidneys. That may be where your discomfort is coming from. Another possiblility is that your discomfort is coming from the same place it came from before your cleanse - your daily diet. A diet improvement is always good for your liver/gall bladder. Dr. Cabot has a book out called The Liver-Cleansing Diet and also one called the Healthy Liver and Bowel Book. A link to her site is at the bottom of this and every post to this list. After you get done with the master cleanse and give your body a time to recuperate some, consider a parasite cleanse, a kidney cleanse, then a liver gall bladder flush. This what Dr. Hulda recommends. Many people have gone straight to the liver/gall bladder flush and gotten good results, but the best results will be by her recomended sequence. What ever you decide, you are on your way to better health, but on the way you may experience some increased unpleasant symptoms while the toxins get stirred up and processed out at a faster rate. Once they are gone though, it's worth it Vince > I have been having intense pain with nausea because of gall stones, > this was confirmed by a ultra sound.
