Need help for spinal cord mets!

Hi. my mom has Stage 4 lung cancer (NSCLC) diagnosed last march. initially she

was doing okay with chemotherapy and some natural remedies like artemix and LDN.

but 2 weeks back, she was found to have mets to her spine as well as spinal

cord. We have changed her regime to that of oleander, inositol / IP6, black seed

oil, LDN and inhaled methyl jasmonate. This seems to be working for her liver

mets and lung primary but her weakness is worsening daily and I am afraid that

whatever we are doing is not working for her spinal cord. does anyone have any

good suggesttions on what else I can do? desperate...
