Dear Lynne,

I know that it is so hard to change eating habits.

diet change will not only improve your gallbladder health, but your

overall well being.

Perhaps you could join a group that will help you to watch your

diet. Support from others is soo helpful.

Also, try to only shop when you're not hungry and try NOT to have

anything in the house that is not good for you. But DO have plenty of

the good food. Find out new ideas for eating. I love celery to

munch on. You will see that after three weeks it iwll be so much

easier.

And if you " fall off the wagon " , don't feel guilty or weak. Just

correct your eating habits as soon as you can. We all have set

backs, but it's more important how we return to our healthy ways than

a small set back. We are all human; not weak.

Best of luck,

Suzanne

Lynne,

I fully understand your situation. I have had vague health problems

all my life, and started using aspartame in the '80s - so much so

that I was thrilled to see it come out in the large bulk jars!!! I

guzzled iced tea in the summer sweetened with it - what a mistake!!!

My poor nervous system. Of course, everyone should know by now that

aspartame makes you gain weight. I decided that I should not be

continuing on the aspartame and went on an almost NO FAT diet - wrong

again. I lost back down to 124 (5'6 " ). That released toxins by the

pound from my body that my liver had to deal with, and I got so

chemically sensitive and brained fogged that if I did not have a

helpful husband, I would have ended up a bag lady, or some such

pitiful creature. BTW - you are not old. I am 62 - that's old -

hahaha!!!

For many years, ice cream, frozen yogurt, etc. was my downfall, even

though I have had food cravings as long as I have lived. I

determined to just eliminate that one thing from my diet. Many

things I would eat once in a while except that one thing. It gave me

a goal and one thing to control. It made me feel good to know that I

was strong enough to do that one thing for myself. I try to allow

myself to have as much food as I want as long as it will make me

better in the long run. What it comes down to is figuring out what

your most important goal is. For me, I wanted to be of clear mind,

and able to go outside of my environment without strong reactions

We did the kidney and parasite programs over a year ago and did

7 liver flushes, and my fibromyalgia (pain AND sensitivities) got

better. We took a break for a year, and just finished our new

parasite and kidney cleanse in preparation for continuing to do more

liver flushes.

I just had all of my metal-crowned molars pulled (I had 15 three

years ago) in preparation for my dentures. I have had a hard time

with it even though I went to a dentist who regularly works with

chemically sensitive patients, but my brain fog lifted the very week

of having all the upper teeth with metal removed. Now I can chelate

the metal from my body and clear my liver.

Right now, I have no jaw teeth, and a sore mouth, so food is surely

not as interesting to me.

Try to keep your mind and hands as busy as possible. That truly

helps.
