So far - oil pulling

My 5th day of oil pulling.

2nd day- pimple on nose.3rd day - another pimple above eyebrow.

Haven't had pimples for a while so these were surprises.  They were not big ones

that got red, in fact, they're just little bumps and seem to be subsiding

already.

What was the neatest was eczema on my elbow - I've had this for years, it's a

small patch but thick and leathery, and I scratch, draws blood, and scars,

really not pretty. Today, that same patch did not feel as sensitive - when it

does not act up,the roughness is still there - so I looked, and felt it - it's

the first time that elbow has been so smooth, still a little bumpy but

absolutely the best it's been.  Usually, when I scratch it,even if it is not

itchy, it will get red and raw, but I scratched it today, nothing happened,

smooth and nice. I think it's the oil pulling.  I am definitely continuing it.

thanks for this I have the oil here. but I haven't tried it yet. what you said

about about your elbow reminded me about my heels. I've been having the flack

seed oil and cottage cheese for over a year or so and the back of my heels are

smooth take care Ray
