What to eat? This is the big question I had when I got cancer and decided to

change my diet.

http://www.metabolictypingdiet.com/_Lenddiet.htm

After seeing Dr. in NY an alternative cancer dr I was told I was a

mixed type, and I was too alkaline and needed to eat more meat for a few weeks

to get balanced.

The link above is about a book describing what you need to eat for your type -

it was perfect for me. I had eaten a macrobiotic diet for 20 years and was

craving meat and fats. When I found out that my type needs fats and meat, I did

not have any cravings and can eat a diet of foods that my body needs. I have

8oz of carrot juice a day to keep me balanced as I need to eat 50% raw and 50%

cooked food.

Check it out as I was convinced that meat was the enemy until I started this

diet.

Dr. Kelley a dentist who cured his own pancreatic cancer and went on to help

33,000 cancer patients, talks about his family member he was treating with all

raw foods and she went into a coma, it was only when he fed her raw meat that

she recovered. He figured out that some people do not do well on just all raw.

We are all different and to say there is a cancer diet, is incorrect, we need to

find out through metabolic typing what is our optimal diet according to what our

ancestors ate and where in the world they lived as our bodies adapted to that

kind of eating. Look at what your grandparents ate and as long as it was not

sugar and processed flour, that will be a clue as to what you need to eat.
