My feeling is that this is a youngster with no money or little money. I did

refer her to Angel's Gate, a wonderful animal hospice. I also wrote to the

people I know who run it and asked if they would consider taking in this dog.

That's all I can do for her.

I wouldn't respond to this posting, Szukipoo. A lot of junk is on

Craigslist and shouldn't be trusted. For all we know, this woman wants

to know how to kill someone's dog.

Truly, if this posting is true, she could just call the local vet and

make arrangements. It all sounds a bit fishy to me. It also makes me

angry because it sounds as if she wants her dog dead for her own

convenience.

Some Vets will make house calls for this, and aren't too expensive. And

what then, is the Vet to dispose of her, or is there somewhere suitable

for her to be placed? Any pet cemetery's around?

-Sorry!! Dave

No. But, I have heard some aweful stories about people being hurt by

ads they saw on Craigslist. Unfortunately, you just can't trust people

you don't know.

I think you did a lot to help, and there isn't any more you can do but

take the dog yourself.
