Guest guest
Robin- As a myeloma survivor I take vit. D3 1,000 x 3 times daily and I recommend it for other myeloma survivors. I have read about recommended doses of D3 from 1-5 units daily and serum blood levels from 32.00 to 100.00 ng/ml. I have read about mega dose of 50,000 for a short time (week or weeks) to get the blood level up but it seems that this mega dose on an ongoing basis seems like too much.
