Guest guest
Hi Dawn, thanks for the encouragement.I am still trying,3rd day without pain of attack.I am trying to stay very focused and diciplined about the food I take in,I will increase my flax oil intake.I have only been taking a little.I did the castor oil pack last night.this is supposed to help.I did a flush the night before that and it was my 3rd.I got out 20-40 small stones.Mostly the green but there were some other hard objects that might have been fragments,I have been taking herbs that may break down calcium stones. This has been a learning experience and I have a great deal to learn. There is no doubt in my mind that a healthy gall bladder diet is also the best diet for all around health improvement.I am starting to add a little fresh food in on a gradual basis.I want to do everything right as to food but it has been dificult determining what that is.I do think your formula is the right one. This is like walking a tightrope as far as eating food is concerned.I appreciate your encouragement. My wife doesnt support me in the attempt to save it.She feels I should just have it out.It doesnt make it any easier.I will probably have the ultrasound and I think they are planning to do the surgery the same day but they have not said anything to me about that. That seems to be how they operate around here. They just kind of force you thru without much discussion on what they are planning.I have never been one who is pushed easily. My first ER visit June 5th they were going to admit me without asking me or even letting me know what was going on or what was planned.Which would have been surgery later that day. I have read that flax oil on cottage cheese made by Quark is very good but I have stayed away from cottage cheese with these problems. Also I dont know where to get the Quark cottage cheese. I do believe that this GB trouble is a signal that the body is sending that something is not right,so cutting it out and living the way I was wont help my general health. In any case I must adopt a healthier life style.I drank coffee for 30 years. But not now. Thank you for your help-encouragement & good advice, sincerely,Jim >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > Jim, it's important if you feel you can keep going to do so. Guest guest
Jim, support is so important by Dr.s and family, but hopefully this list will be able to provide some of that. I was so grateful that my dh supported me the whole way and the Dr I went to at the end was very sympathetic to all I had done. Did not ridicule. Don't let anyone push you around to do something you feel is not right. I don't know if you are religious, but listen to that inner voice, conscience, higher self, Spirit. Take your pick. I think if you listen closely, you will know if the battle is over or if you have more fight in you. I wish you luck.
