I think this depends on the source of pork. Yes, it is very bad for

your gb. I found that out the hard way. But, I live in a small

community and happen to know how the 4-H kids raise their pigs. There

are very strict standards and rules. The pigs are grain fed. They do

not scavenge and are not slopped. They are regularly dewormed, etc.

ANd they want those pigs lean. How lean.

Dawn,

What a person eats or doesn't eat has no bearing upon their salvation. What

goes into the mouth comes out you know where. It's what goes into the mind

and comes out that is the problem.

However, just taking the health laws of eating clean meat only from the

Scriptures can be very beneficial for anyone's health, and the lower meaning

is the physical benefit anyway.

Whatever a person may feed pigs or not feed pigs, doesn't change the fact

that they're still unclean meat and forever will be. This cannot be changed.

Study more in detail about pork. Look up stuff at Dr. Mercola's website.

You'll see what I'm talking about. There is actually some form of parasite

in their meat that cooking cannot kill, but then I knew about that years ago.

It's even in the meat raised by people trying to be careful with them.

Take care,

Susie

I am actually responding to two posts. I think Becky was probably put

off by the following statement of 's. I found his experience

interesting too, but it seems he thinks all people should operate

from his paradigm. I think more people are ignorant of the laws of

health than just stupid. And a lot of people plain don't care. That

is not really a crime, and the natural consequence is that they may

suffer. I still do not agree that the whole of medical is evil and

terrible. , what are you going to do if you are in a serious

accident? The medical industry may have to put you back together. I

do not mean to start an argument, just to say that not everyone

agrees or feels the same way as , or Becky, or me. And that is

OK!!!!!! The world would be awful dull without differences. As for

pork, please see my comment below Susie's. Page down.

ANd they want those pigs lean. How lean. We have purchased at auction

more than one pig at the county fair. The sausage has no grease in

it. You have to add oil to keep it from sticking to the pan. I am not

saying pork is necessarily healthy. But the source does matter, and

back in the days of the Bible, the pig was definitely a disgusting

creature. THose are my thoughts. Dawn

Susie, I understand what you are saying and I still do not eat pork.

Bad memories of bad attacks. I think there is a difference, but I

have not read up on pork like I have on some other things. Dawn
