Lugol's Solution and Iodoral

Hello All,

Would really appreciate hearing about your experience with either of the above

two products and about beginning doses.

I've been reading online about Lugol's and an article in the Townsend Letter

talks about much smaller doses.

The Iodoral product I have is 12.5 mg per tablet.

I've also read about applying to the skin and monitoring absorption.

Your insights would be most appreciated.
