Guest guest
Hello folks. Thank you for your replies to my recent questions on fatty acids. So, is this " monolaurin " (below) known as an anti-cancer agent? Any good links on this to share, if you would be so kind? Thanks much! (Our bodies convert lauric acid, found in coconut oil, to monolaurin). According to our own Dr. Enig, two to three tablespoons of coconut oil per day appears to be an adequate dosage to fight infection, even from virulent antibiotic-resistant organisms such as MSRA.
