Yes, Aveline, I got your email. Thank you very much.

To summarize your email, it appears you stress going all raw, organic in one's

diet. I was a bit confused if you thought juicing or blending is best.

You said that raw food is far more important than supplements. You also

stressed eating papaya, or putting it in a blender and drinking it.

You also mentioned that raising one's Ph is very important.

You suggested contacting a Doctor you know regarding this. But I am not sure

why if the doctor will only repeat what you have already told me.

Thank you for this information. If there is anything I have left out, please

tell me.

I like teh idea of all raw but many of us have gut issues and will not

breakdown a raw diet. Raw feeds biofilms in some cases esp. any fruit even

berries - so Im not confident as I once was that all raw is always healing.

about the biofilms... is that like... candida and various bacteria?

going raw with pH in mind is what i would recommend. it is when we approach

the raw diet w/the pH system of health in mind do i think raw is very

effective in healing! from my own experience, I witnessed improved dental

health (plaque literally fell out of my mouth as i picked it away w/my nail

- i was shocked and happy to see how they fell out w/o need of a dental tool

to scrape 'em off!), my energy levels were off the chart, my weight

stabilized to my ideal weight, my skin significantly improved - eczema

diminished to nearly disappeared, scars lightened, faded and eventually

removed, skin acne gone.

the catch is that going raw w/no sugar or white carbs is a real challenge

(for me at least)! I intend to get back on that system to complete my

personal experimentation to see what kind of results i get for myself. I

know that for the short time that I tried it (cutting out the sugars and

carbs) for 2.5weeks, I was amazed at what i experienced. since then, i've

been a bit lax - 33-50% raw w/carbs, meats, etc. i'd say i'm FAIRLY in good

health, but believe i can be in EXCELLENT OPTIMAL HEALTH when i try again.

will see!
