I think it is so neat that you and your husband do this together!

Mine is inclined towards me having mine out, but he supports

me anyway. Okay, better stop, I've posted enough!!

Dear ,

We even had " his and hers " ultra-sounds! How romantic is that!!!!

Unfortunately we only have one toilet in the house! AHHHHHH! The past 3 flushes

we did on separate nights. This is the first one we are doing together. Vic is

much more sensitive to the Epsom Salts. He usually starts going to the toilet

on the night. Mine doesn't start until the morning.

Must go and psyche myself up for the next dose of Epsom Salts. It's all

happening tonight. Yuk!

Warm regards,

Rosemary.

Rosemary, That is too funny! Our Anniversary is coming up

early next month...hmmm??? :-)

I also had heartburn and a little nausea when I drank the

grapefruit and epsoms this time..but I had eaten a grapefruit

in the middle of the afternoon and experienced the same

thing, I wonder if it may have just been the grapefruit.

Maybe you are getting down to the point where there aren't

as many big stones. Mine were real different this time than

last, they were greener, there was more sludge, and there

were no real big ones. Last time there were lots of big

ones. Maybe we're getting down to the " garbage " that is

in the liver now?

I also had more tenderness around GB/liver area this time,

but that is letting up today. The more we do this cleanse,

the " deeper " the cleanse. I'm going to wait and see how I

am after a few weeks. Will maybe do this again in a month

AFTER our anniversary weekend getaway :-)

I have improved tremedously too!

Take care,

Hi CLaudia,

The ultra-sounds were actually on Vic's birthday!!!! For that added touch of

romance I went to the dentist on Valentine's day! (True.)

The flush went well for Vic. He got out more than a tablespoon of stones.

I found the pink grapefruit juice MUCH easier to get down. Unfortunately I had

horrible heartburn and nausea about an hour after swallowing it. I kept telling

myself it would all be worth it. In the morning I only passed about 5 stones

smaller than peas. A bit dissapointing. However,

I still have a feeling of fullness and pain under my right rib, so I am

determined to keep going. My previous flush had been really good. I know this

is helping me. It is one of the only things that has helped in 24 years of

illness, along with an excellent diet.

I am looking forward (I think!) to the next flush in 2 weeks.

Regards,

Rosemary.
