I found the link to this video very informative and supportive of the use of

Vitamin D-3 and sunlight.

It is lengthy but then again so is illness.

Here is a 3rd video by Canadian researcher Dr. Veith on vitamin D. It is older

than the other 2 but adds a different perspective and is worth a watch all the

way (give yourself some time with this one).
