Subject: Another first flush question

Hi B198: Do you have a name? I mean b198 is so i don't know? Personally I do

not know what a bruise like pain feels like without actually having a bruise,

along with pain. I doubt though it has anything to do with the actual GS

flushing you just did. Unless maybe you were abducted by Aliens, " wink " Checking

out what you were up to that night? A little humor!

Next time do the hilda clark flush. Use red or pink grapefruit juice. Granted

the stuff is nasty getting down, but if you just drink it all at once it isn't

all that bad. First time out folks depending on how well they follow

instructions/directions get little results. I have a team player that assists

me, my girlfdriend of fifteen years. Good to have moral support person on hand

tired of you being sick that want you to get well who know how to concoct the

ingredients and adminster them on time. The very least is YOU KNOW you wont DIE

doing this! Try it again using Hildas recipe and fresh pink grapefruit juice.

The day after the night of my first flush, I had a bruise like pain in

the my right side but lower -more in the hip bone region. Any

thoughts on why? Still haven't seen any stones. j b

I second that walt. If it was not for my boyfriend supporting me I

would not have made it. He mixed all of the drinks together for me.

Made me fresh oj this morning. Thank god he was here!

b198, I did a flush last night and have had only very few soft small

green things. I was told that my ultrasound showed no stones but the

doctors still think that I have some. So I did the flush, have had

terrible diarrhea but feel relatively well this morning. And follow

the advice of walt. Do Hilda's flush guide. I had no problem

whatsoever with the grapefruit and oil mix. I hope your next flush

is successful.
