You can cut it down to a couple of teaspoons as is usually suggested on the Epsom Salts box, I guess, and try it, but you are supposed to have diarrhea. I think you did great! See how you feel over the next week or two, and eat carefully for a few days...don't be like me and dive right into some Ravioli, like I did last night :-) > Also, do the ones that show up on the ultra sound > look different than the greenies that I have been getting? They say there is calcium in the ones that show up in ultrasound, but I am not sure that means that they come out looking like a rock, but calcium is mixed into the green stones. Some of mine looked like that. L. Guest guest
Eating is still dangerous ground for me. I am still not sure what I can tolerate and what I can't. The problem is that I have been eating really healthy for a few months and I started to miss some of the things that I used to eat. So I already blew that one, I had mexican food on monday but it didn't seem to bother me too bad. I had a little twinge of discomfort under my ribs but not too bad. I guess I was disappointed because in the first flush I must of passed 200 or so ( didn't count them but it was considerable). I also had more nausea the first time. I guess the nausea means it's working. Anyway, I do feel better for the most part. I also had a very strange emotional reaction this time too. It was almost like much of the pain and fear I stuffed as a kid was being released too. I think I cried for about 2 hours in the early morning. Eventually I was so exhausted I feel asleep. Anyone else have that experience or am I just weird? Also, I wasn't as scared this time either. Thanks for all the help. > > > Hi everyone, > > I did my second flush night before last and I was kind of > > disappointed. I only got out about 50 greenies > > That's a lot! I have been going through the same thing this week, cry a lot easier than usual. I notice that reaction happens during the week after the cleanse. I try not to do to much during that week, but today had to go help my folks, which can be emotional since Dad is unable to do much w/ small strokes he has been having, Mom who is dealing with it all but needs help, and my handicapped brother living there with them...so it was hard not to get through without some kind of reaction...for me if I can't cry, I get panicky, so have to go off and settle down. But that mostly happens during that week after the flush, and sometimes during the week of preparation for it. That is why I've been waiting so long between flushes, because so much has been going on with my family and they have needed lots of help...things comparatively settled now. Interesting that those who are into such things say that the emotions that affect the gallbladder are bitterness, resentment, etc. I've been coming to the Lord with all that over the past months and learning a lot about the healing He has to offer. Take care, you'll keep getting better, and no, you're not wierd and helped me know I'm not either :-) L.
