JACOBSON --------------------------- mailto:laser@... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> This really wasn't too hard to find information regarding eggs and some peoples potential to having them trigger a gallbladder attack. From this information it tends to relate to someone also being allergic to them as part of the reason as to just why they have attacks. http://www.alternativementalhealth.com/articles/migraine.htm http://www.allocca.com/john_migraine3.htm http://www.maxlabs.com/hn/Food_Hbc/Eggs_Hbc.htm One person in this link just happens to mention egg salad sandwich as something she'd eaten. http://www.medhelp.org/perl6/gastro/messages/C33452-24.html I happen to like mine over easy so as to be able to sop up the yoke mess. It also helps to have a little garlic salt to add that special tang to it when eating eggs. If I eat them scrambled I really like western omelets with onions, bell pepper and lean ham, soft scrambled to maintain biotin. Dale
Guest guest
Hi Dale,By what you said you are now able to eat eggs again,if so how often????I never ate a lot of them but I have been afraid to try them now.My situation is urgent as that last attack about killed me-so it seemed.I have been very strict with my diet now and dont touch anything that might trigger that kind of attack.I am 5 days without an attack and that is a record lately.I dont feel I can take any chances right now as I want to keep my gall bladder.I have been adding garlic cloves to my carrot juice.I hope to keep my gall bladder and someday get to where you are where I can eat many things again but with much more moderation while maintaining a healthy diet. This situation encourages that. Thanks for your posts, sincerely,Jim ??>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > This really wasn't too hard to find information regarding eggs and some peoples potential to having them trigger a gallbladder attack. Guest guest
I get mine fresh from the back yard every day. It's wonderful! I am keeping my fingers crossed for Jim. Thank goodness you guys do not have the added problem of estrogen in the body. I don't think that helps the gallbladder any, esp when that leads to babies and having babies increases the risk of gb disease. Dawn One really important fact about the eggs I'm eating is that they are truly free range eggs. These babies stand up and really show off the fact that they are also very fresh. So fresh that they are seldom more than a week old at the latest when I get them so their firm in the pan and not laying out.
