Yes- I have heard GREAT things about wobenzyms

They are expensive but many do recommend them. I know that you can get

a sort of a generic of them cheaper on vitacost Their brand NSI , of

digetsive enzymes are great too.

A cheaper but definitely effective alternative may be , well actually

TWO alternatives:

1) CUMIN- the spice- add it to things to HELP in digestion.

Also

2) MSM

But buy the wobenzyms too if you can afford to take it.

I also take milk thistle , with tumeric. Or just add the tumeric to

food as well as the cumin. Cumin is in most CHILI POWDER and it is

delicisou but oh so healthy!

I will post some links to the benefits of it. I am just learning about

how beneficial this spice is myself!
