Guest guest
I'm reading an article at: http://www.vrp.com/articles.aspx?page=LIST & ProdID=2234 & zType=2 that seems to indicate that boosting ATP levels and increasing mitochodrial health (and thyroid health) requires the following nutrients: oxygen magnesium malate ADP inorganic phosphate Riboflavin (B2) Niacin (B3) Iodine Interesting, especially because damaged mitochondria may very well be the cause of cancer, and healing mitochondria may very well heal many forms of cancer. Seems like supplementation with the following might help: magnesium malate oxygen via exercise, deep breathing, COQ10, flaxseed oils, etc. Some extra B2 A hefty extra dose of niacin, possibly via the flush-free variety And of course iodine, which seems to keep popping up in alternative cancer therapies.
