and details of your lifestyle, it makes me realise how much FURTHER I have

to go!

I am, going to grow organic sunflower seeds and when the leaves are a few

days old I will juice them, some I will eat for bulk to.

You are a good example of lookin g after yourself and taking real

responsibility, its not easy to do/
