Guest guest
I am really confused. When I ate any fatty foods I would end up with pain in my gall bladder area under my ribs but sometimes it was not excruciating. Lately though I have had a lot of nausea and diarea when I eat something I should not have. I stick pretty much to a low fat meal but sometimes I find myself cheating. I wonder if it is because I eat a lot of garlic that my problem isn't worse. Would look forward to some input. Thanks Janice

Thanks Janice >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Janice; When you say a low fat meal is this in relation to saturated animal fats and hydrogenated fats? The reason I ask this is because you don't want a low fat diet void of saturated fats that are of the essential fatty acid types, such as avacados. The problem you may be having with loose stools could be too much garlic. http://www.usaweekend.com/health/carper_archive/950402eat_smart_garlic.html Dale
