All you can do is try it most stores sell junk so find someone that did this and

used a good product. Most men under 50 with low T don't have ED or low libido

if there E2 levels are good.

I have not found anyone that got there testis making enough T using Tribulus.

But some felt better and this is what counts not levels or ranges but how you

feel keep a log on your self so you can read back on how your doing on things

you try.

Phil, You missed the point. I am injecting T cyp and have my T level stable and

in good shape. It is just my nuts and my sack that could use some help. As

posted before someone mentioned Tribulus might be a good alternative to HCG. My

understanding is that it has gonadatrophic influence. I referenced the pre

injection use to demonstrate low to moderate T elevation by Tribuplex 750.

I may have missed the point this is way I should not post yet. But when I tryed

Tribulus it did nothing for my testis and my levels did not go up. When I added

HCG my T levels doubled this is how I found out I am Secondary.

Maca has some studies showing increased sperm amount, motility, and

increased semen volume (which is from the prostate) along with a very

significant sense of well being. Somehow, it allegedly doesn't affect

hormones but my experiences was a significant increase in T levels

(about 750 ng/ml up from 600 ng/ml) and a very large increase in free T

to 125% of the max level using two grams a day and that after cutting

HGH from 250-300 IU to 200 IU per two injections the two weeks before

the text and cutting T from 80 mg to 70 mg the two weeks before the

blood work. I had to cut back on the maca to keep my free T below the

upper end of the high level. I've considered cutting HGH and T back

some more and going back to two grams a day of Maca. From what I can

tell, maca seems to lower bound testosterone levels and increase free

testosterone levels.

The way I understand it DIM is not an alternative to Arimidex.

DIM acts on existing estradiol & Arimidex acts to prevent the conversion of

testosterone to estradiol.

Different processes to lower estradiol. There are other ways you can get

estradiol than conversion.

I use both, 1/2 Arimidex 3 time a week & 2 DIM each day. Sometimes more DIM.

That is a lot of arimidex are you sure your not to low. Do you have morning

wood every morning. If your to low under 15 to 20 you can lose wood. I was

doing both arimidex and indolplex/DIM and until I ran out of the DIM the bad

rashes I had went away. I feel you do one or the other not both. My last E2

test come back at 5 not on HCG I am not making a lot of E2 not doing HCG. I

just started back on HCG so my next test will tell. After having heart by-pass

it's a slow process to get back to normal I was out cold 17 weeks now I am

trying to rebuild my muscles just started walking without a cane. Yet now my

knees hurt so I can't walk everyday exercise helps with keeping E2 down.

I do dam good on arimidex taking .25mgs E3D to .5mgs. E3D I find it never stays

the same and need to change my dose about every 3 months. Our life style and

what we eat has an effect on E2 levels.

I buy it by the pound at

http://www.macaweb.com/products/maca.html

I mix it with apple sauce in the morning and yogurt at noon.

Now I am confused. Happy Easter to all and Passover as well.

Phil, do you take Tribulus and Maca as well as HCG? If Tribulus does similar to

HCG why take the both? Maca helps with sperm production, should I be taking it

as well?

What is the difference between Maca and HCG?

I am a little worried that something not FDA approved would help more than

something that is.

No I am hypopuitarty and treat my low Testosterone, Cortisol, Thyroid, Iron and

so one. One can't find a good supplement like tribulus most of what is sold is

junk. Your best bet is a good Dr. and going on TRT if you need it. Read Dr.

's site www.allthingsmale.com

It makes no sense to do both tribulus and HCG.

gin2c - so if you have a sever reaction to arimidex then what? IC3 is not the

alternative either. The second dose of arimidex .5mg - once per week almost put

me in the ER.
