If you eat oily or fatty foods right after flushing, you will just get

another small flush if there is more to be flushed and may feel

a little nauseous. I eat bland foods, very low or no fat, for a bit

after flushing to let things settle a bit. I also go for a

chiropractic adjustment within a week of flushing...that always

helps tremendously with getting anything that is sluggish

moving along, and relieves any residual pain or discomfort.

If that comes back again, then I know I need to flush again.

Generally it takes 3-4 good flushes if

you haven't flushed in years, and some maybe more. I will

probably go for my 3rd in April...I am feeling MUCH better,

but not yet 100%.
