Guest guest
I tried softening the stones by using a organic apple cider vinegar drink for a few days. Man, that did make a difference. I mixed 2 tblsp of organic apple cider vinegar(Bragg's is what i used) add to that 2 tblsp of honey, 1 cup of distilled water. I made it by the half gallon and drank it off and on through out the day. I really doesnt taste bad at all. I kept it in the frig. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon to mine. It felt good to drink something that was good for me. It softened the stones and I passed some without even flushing. Also for some of you who have heard of this, bear with me. I didnt know about " swishing " . It's an easy and gentle liver cleanse. Take 2 TBL of olive oil and put it in your mouth. Swish it for 5 min--- incredibly hard to last 5 min. DO NOT swallow the oil. Spit it out and brush teeth with sea salt. The idea is that swishing the oil in your mouth releases toxins as well as sends signals to the liver that oil is on its way to the stomach. The liver then starts producing bile to deal with the oil supposedly on the way to the stomach. The longer the oil is in the mouth the more bile. It flushes the gall bladder and cleanses the liver. I think I will try this. Has Any one out there " swished " ?
