I haven't read what you posted anywhere..do you have a source

that states this? ...but it is not surprising to think

that we are upsetting the balance a bit whenever we do something

that involves taking more than what the body is accustomed to,

ie. olive oil in large quantities or epsom salts in large quantities.

But the result is better than any small bit of imbalance that is

caused in the process..ie epsom salts affecting the electrolyte

balance, and any number of things. It's only for a day, and the

body resumes balance if you take care of it properly after.

It takes about a week or more to do that, and you may feel

out of sorts, extra emotional, etc. during that time.

(Think of what is going on with all those stones in there!)

I do use flax seed oil myself, as it helps with inflammation.

Mix it 50/50 with olive oil.

I can't remember where I read about the oils. I'll try to backtrack

and figure it out. Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize the flushes

are that hard on us that it takes a whole week to recupe. No wonder

we can only do them every 2 weeks!
