In Anti-cancer the Doc says must be with black pepper also for bioavailability.

Curcumin needs oil in the stomach, it is ok to take it after your meals since it

is more likely you ate fat. Bioperene from black pepper is also needed to be

more effective.

I boil curcumin root and add a dash of black pepper, then add my teabag and

drink.

Taking it w/coconut oil's helpful, but what's most important is to take

biopiperine w/it (This is virtually universally agreed upon). Biopiperine is a

component of black pepper, but you can't get enough of it from whole black

pepper.

I'd get a brand curcumin that contains biopiperine.
