Bioperene from black pepper is also needed to be more effective. Taking it w/coconut oil's helpful, but what's most important is to take biopiperine w/it (This is virtually universally agreed upon). Biopiperine is a component of black pepper, but you can't get enough of it from whole black pepper. I'd get a brand curcumin that contains biopiperine.
