Guest guest
Hello all, someone on another list I'm on suggested I come here. A little history: When I was 28 weeks pg with my 1st child I had a gall bladder attack. My doc did an ultrasound, but we didn't see any gall stones. He didn't want to do any surgery during my pgcy, so we didn't do anything. I didn't have any more attacks after 30 weeks. After my baby was born, my doc said we could do an elective gall bladder surgery. Since I hadn't had any more problems, I declined. I expected to have problems again during my pregnancy with #2, but everything was fine. Now I'm having some of the same symptoms I had with that first attack, but some of the symptoms also feel like a heart attack. I got an EKG, whick came back normal, so I think it's probably my gall bladder again. My blood pressure was higher than normal (for me--Usually I'm 80/50, but I was 120/80 the day of the EKG). My blood pressure has gone back down now (around 100/60 on average). I'm a healthy weight (125 or so at 5'7 " ), I exercise, and I don't use hormonal birth control. I'm not sure why my symptoms would be coming back now. So, I guess what I'm looking for is just what have you done to cleanse your gall bladder and alleviate all these yucky symptoms? I have a Champion juicer, so I'd be willing to try any special juice blends. I rarely eat meat. I should probably cut back on my dairy (would that help?). I want to get healthy again. Thanks! Guest guest
Sorry for the double post. I wonder if any of you know if the liver & gallbladder cleases can be done safely while breastfeeding? I'm currently nursing my 6-month-old. Thanks!
