Guest guest
I highly recommend learning EFT for the stress. It's free and very quick and easy to do. Emotional Freedom Technique and the manual is free on the website. www.emofree.com it can help with emotional symptoms and with pain and nausea. It helped me so much. valerie [ ] Feeling a bit down - need a little pep talk, if you guys could, please? I started the B17 pills and apricot seeds last week, but became very sick for four days. I took the seeds the first two days with no problem, took a total of about 15 over the course of each day. Then the pills arrived and I took maybe 2 that day, along with the seeds. Then I got very nauseous and could not eat or drink for nearly four whole days, so I didn't take ANYTHING. I was so incredibly nauseous, didn't vomit, just nausea that totally suppressed my thirst and appetite. I don't know for sure that it was the B17, I just suspected it since it was the newest tool. But this was also after I had picked up a bunch of things from my new naturopath - liver cleanse, immune boost, some other stuff. I wasn't very impressed with him mainly because he has his own line of products and I kind of feel like he sold me on a bunch of HIS items and chided everything i was already taking. He didn't even look at my tumor! I am just afraid that I had way to much in my system and once I felt better, I have revised my protocol this only: Mostly raw food maitake pro d-fraction (the maximum daily amount) curcumin (1000 mg daily) coq10 (400 mg daily) superfoods multi enzyme I am very distraught about the growing tumor on my neck, so I was really excited to start the B17, but now I' afraid to add anything else here. I even gave up Budwig because it enlarges the tumor before it shrinks, and I can't afford for it to enlarge anymore. I am pretty much housebound right now because I feel hideous to go outside. I have young kids and I've been just hiding in the house and letting my teenagers handle all of the business. I am bouncing on the rebounder several times a day also, and applying a heating pad throughout the day. I am unemployed with no insurance, so most options are not available to me right now as far as getting fillings removed or IPT, so I have to find an alternative treatment that will be effective at reducing the tumor. It grew really quickly starting in January when I lost my job, so over the last 90 days it just ballooned out of control, I suspect, because of the stress of being unemployed. Thanks for listening, just wanted to kind of vent to people who would understand. I appreciate all of the help I've gotten here in the past! Guest guest
Hi, Robyn, No, I have not had any treatments other than my own alternative protocols. Just trying to find what's right for me and what will give visible results. I forgot to mention that I was also on LDN but I think I'm going to quit that for a while. I started in January, and it just occurred to me recently that my tumor has grown SINCE January. Could be a coincidence, maybe not, not sure. But I know in January it was nearly invisible and now it is about the size of a mango. I could be one of the few that it does not work for, but I'm going to post over in the LDN group and see if anyone has experienced tumor growth after starting LDN, just to see if there might be a connection. Maybe over time I'll start slowly adding things back just so I can determine what works. I just don't want to chance anything making the tumor any bigger. I was feeling pretty down when I wrote my original post. I got out of the house for a few hours and I feel better, I'm not going to let this get me down. I know my attitude is a huge part of my recovery. > > Have you had conventional treatment? > > Thanks, Robyn > > > >
Guest guest
Hi detwa, I believe what you may be experiencing is the necrosis or death of the tumor cells. When this happens your body is flooded with the dead cells faster than your body can get rid of and can cause severe nausea, achy body...flu like symptoms. It's important for you to drink plenty of water so as to flush your body of the dead tumor cells. Lay around and take it easy. Google to see what you can do for this problem. I believe this is actually a very good sign and shows that what you're doing is working. I know it is scary to think the tumor may enlarge but many times this has to happen for the tumor to be destroyed. I also agree that you should learn and do EFT [Emotional Freedom Technique]. This has personally helped me more than I can say. Stress greatly contributes to cancer and has to be dealt with if you are to get well. I know when you feel horrible it's hard to stay positive but try try try. You are on the healing path where there will be dips, potholes and bumps but it's all a part of getting well and something you have to go through to get to the smooth part of the path...you can do it! Guest guest
I forgot what your tumor was. Can it be removed safely surgically? Thanks, Robyn ________________________________ From: detwa_3017 <epurdles@...> Sent: Tue, April 27, 2010 5:37:45 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Feeling a bit down - need a little pep talk, if you guys could, please?  Hi, Robyn, No, I have not had any treatments other than my own alternative protocols. Guest guest
I have lymphoma and the tumor is in my lymph nodes, presented on the side of my neck. I was told originally, when it was much smaller and underneath my throat, that it was not removable. The doctor said that's just not what they do for these types of masses. It sure would be nice if they could just take it out and then I could concentrate on my detox! It's tough having such a visible reminder of what I'm going through, because other than that, you would never know! > > > > Have you had conventional treatment? > > > > Thanks, Robyn > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Thank you so much, Sandy. I have read about healing crisis and if that's what it is, then it sure is scary!!! There was a point last week that I felt....I can't even describe it. It was just scary! I felt almost dizzy, and really warm! I'm 44, so I thought, maybe its pre-menopause, but at the same time I felt like the walls were closing in on me and I was really scared! I kept sipping some water I had on my nightstand and eventually I was able to sleep. You are probably right, this all took place within the same week, and now I scared myself and backed off of everything, when I should have held out and got over the hump. now I probably have to start over and do it again, lol. It was NOT a good feeling though, but since I was using B17 and I had read so much about the cyanide in them, I think that's what really scared me, I worried that I may have taken too much. I will look into EFT also! Thanks all!
Guest guest
You are very welcome, detwa. Please believe me when I say I know how scary it can be. I have had anxiety attacks so badly I thought I was dying and sometimes wished I would. That is where EFT really helped me. Here is a bit of advice. Try to get out for a while each and every day....breathe some fresh air, listen to the birds and nature. The worst thing you can do is stay in the house. Live with an attitude of gratitude towards everything. One day you may even find that you can bless that tumor because it will have made you stronger....though now you may find that very hard to believe. Don't worry about setbacks...you'll get back on track. Please keep us informed as to how you're doing because we are all pulling for you. Guest guest
A friend of mine applied black salve to her lymph nodes successfully. She didn't know at the time it was where the lymph nodes were; she applied it where she felt pain after having an ovarian Ca removed without other treatment. The problem disappeared. She also had a lot of skin cancers which she systematically treated with black salve or chickweed (she used chickweed for her face for minimal scarring, though it is disgusting to experience the die-off). All the best Rowena On 28/04/2010 12:12 PM, detwa_3017 wrote: > I have lymphoma and the tumor is in my lymph nodes, presented on the side of my neck. Guest guest
If you could find someone that is very familiar with black salve it may be an option. Thanks, Robyn ________________________________ From: detwa_3017 I have lymphoma and the tumor is in my lymph nodes, presented on the side of my neck.
