It helps if you put more info in your posts.

Is this natural levels or on TRT?

If on TRT what method and what dosage?

Hi,

if -I- had numbers like that I'd say I skipped last weeks shot!

the only number you've got that looks even close to what -I-'d like is the

" estrogen " .

you're kinda sorta " in range " ... but LOW on virtually everything.

I'd shoot for the TOP 10% of total T, free T, and bio T with shbg and estrogen

(e2?) ranging low.

Your levels are very close to normal. I'd suggest a retest. Levels can

swing 200 to 400 points in hours. 450 is not usually treated with

TRT.

Do you have the units for your E2 test? Because the range is odd.

Most of us seek to keep E2 in the 20 to 30 pg/ml.

If yours is pg/ml you might fee a bit better and get a small T boost

trying DIM Diindolylmethane to lower it a bit.

yes the " Total Estrogen " was 35.2 pg/mL.

the T levels were similar when i was tested back in 2007..it wasnt low enough to

be classified as abnormal.

are there other ways to get the T levels up if TRT is not a good idea?

thank you.

My mistake- I did not notice you said the test was for total estrogens, as

opposed to primarily estradiol. The Life Extension Foundation's Updated

Protocol for Blood Testing

(http://www.lef.org/protocols/appendix/blood_testing_03.htm ) indicates the

optimal range for total estrogens is between 40-77 pg/mL for men, which puts you

low, as you suspected. I'm not sure of the significance of total estrogen blood

tests, as my doctor, Dr. Romeo no, prefers the estradiol test (which also

includes slight amounts of other estrogens, but is weighted toward estradiol)

over total estrogens test. As retrogrouch wrote, retest including estradiol,

not total estrogens, might be helpful to see where you generally stand.

Maybe you noted in another message, but

*How much exercise do you do?

*what does your diet consist of?

*what's your physical condition- overweight, underweight, etc.?

Knowing this info might help to optimize your levels.
