Go try the Arimidex your Estradiol was on the high side you will get some

morning wood back so strong it will wake you up. later is this stops stop the

arimidex until the wood comes back that day go back on it but cut the pills into

1/4 parts and go back on them but do .25 mgs every other day if your wood stops

again then just stop the arimidex again until wood comes back then go on every 3

days keep doing this until you find the dose. Going to low will kill your penis

even a pill will not get it up.

Well, here's my question...is Arimidex safe?  Like can I just stop taking it

whenever I want?  Also if the problem were to be the fat because of the

Estradiol, which was 41 (This was still along the " normal " range on the chart but

I had no idea for men this number was high) wouldn't exercise naturally bring it

down?  I've always been relatively skinny but carried weight below my waist,

even when I was a child I was like this.

It's safe and your estradiol levels are high for a man this just happens to some

men they make a lot of it. You can stop anytime I myself would give it a try

but not taking 1mg I would do .5 a half a pill every 3 days see how your wood

works on this. Here is a link about Testosterone and Arimidex a study.

http://www.medibolics.com/ArimidexBoostsTestosterone.htm

In this link it talks about testing and levels saying men on TRT should have

there Testosterone levels up into the upper 1/3 of there labs range for a young

man and to keep there Estradiol between 10 to 30 pg/mL best at 20.

It is interesting that your doc knows of this. Most don't. You can get

as much as a 200 to 300 point boost in total T by bringing E2 down

with arimidex. E2 reduces FSH production and other triggers for T

production.

is right on - 1 mg a day is a lot and will have you too low in

no time. That brings a total loss of libido total ED and huge mood and

mental fog issues. Get a pill cutter from your pharmacy and cut them

in 1/4s. One 1/4 every other day or every third day is usually

enough. You don't want to go below 20.

Thanks Phil you are a life saver and everyone else who has commented and given

advice. I am in your debt.

I have been studying the articles you guys have given me and I am convinced that

since I don't have a tumor or anything and am a young man some hormone must be

out of whack and it's effecting everything else. Now my estradiol is on the

high side and maybe that could be the reason because this hasn't been a problem

that happened over night. It was gradual and it started happening after I began

putting on weight (I was using a lot of protein powders for working out and

those things were full of extra calories).

another thing i meant to ask you phil (and everyone else) since you are

knowledgable in this field and about doctors who are good at it, do you

reccomend I maybe try to get in touch with this Dr. Crisler person? I've seen

him mentioned here a few times going through some of the posts. I can't exactly

keep flying over there because michigan is far away from but I heard he can go

through your general practitioner.

If the protein powders you were taking is full of SOY this can make your

estradiol levels to high also fat dose this. If your doing a lot of SOY like

some men I came accross drinking Soy milk this acts like a none working

Estradiol and your brain sees this as high levels of testosterone and stopps

sending the LH message to your testis to make more testosterone.

that since I don't have a tumor or anything and am a young man some hormone must

be out of whack and it's effecting everything else. Now my estradiol is on the

high side and maybe that could be the reason because this hasn't been a problem

that happened over night. It was gradual and it started happening after I began

putting on weight (I was using a lot of protein powders for working out and

those things were full of extra calories).

SOy mimics estrogens also. If you're using soy protein supplements

that could have fed into the problem.
