Guest guest
Hey guys, Is there any difference in Testosterone cypionate and enanthate? I have an increased dosage over the past few weeks and seem to be bloated? Is the fluid retention normal or should I do something about it? Thank You! Guest guest
Hello Justus, I have been wondering how you've been doing. What improvement have you found since you began TRT? As for your question, there is a minor difference between Test. Cyp. & Test. Enanthate. Test. Enanthate has a 7 carbon ester whereas Test. Cypionate's ester has 8 carbons, which means that Test Enanthate is slightly denser in testosterone content per 100 mg. It's doubtful this would change the outcome at a weekly dosage, however. Did you switch from one to the other, or are you considering switching? You mentioned an increased dosage & bloat. This can cause more aromatization of T to estradiol. What are your results for estradiol (E2)? & what is your weekly dosage of TRT? Hope you get your TRT fine-tuned so you can enjoy life to its fullest. ~Xian > > Hey guys, > > Is there any difference in Testosterone cypionate and enanthate? Guest guest
Xian, Thank you for answering my questions and concern for my well-being. The improvements since starting Trt have been tremendous, mighty, shocking and glorious. You could say that my experience has shifted from, " That which seems overwhelmingly right but was actually that which was overwhelmingly wrong. " TRT treatment has blown the cover off my entire being. It has exposed and broken me down to the very essence of creation. Created male or female. The improvements are lengthy but I can say: Physically stronger, better metabolism, improved insulin production, blood pressure, muscle tone and overall bodily regulation. Development of male secondary characteristics including male behavior. I.e the manliness of being a man yet not being a jerk. Just the increased manliness that makes me male. A complete overhaul of emotional and psychological depression, anxiety, timidness, passiveness, confusion, courage, a proper aggression as in self defense or self reliance. A moral and spiritual restoration that promotes doing good because I can without covetousness, cheesiness or greed. Being complete has removed naughty thinking and methods to accomplish. Substantial increase in POISE. I am renewed and restored. Able to admit fault and able to make restitution for things as simple as walking past a senior citizen who needed help carrying grocery's. Hard to explain but there is no intimidation over the past, present and future. **** I was gels for about 8 months and never got to where I needed to be. I started doing shots with 100ml every Monday. I have been doing 200 for the past few weeks. I am starting to be much better. I use arimidex but no I am not regulated. I won't test until next Monday but I don't have night sweats or any other symptoms of High E2. My E2 was never high before I started the shots. The only thing lacking is any natural erection. I am taking my time with testicular atrophy. I use a pump for daily exercise. Tried a few times with the wife. But all I got was cardio workout. No sensation or pleasure for me with the rings. But I won't be selfish and need to cleave to her more. Having some difficulty in that area as it messes with mind expressing and sharing love when my penis does not work. Makes me feel like I did as a Kid when I left the arcade because I ran out of quarters. TRT like the word love is very small but Oh so much does it contain. Guest guest
Hey Justus - If you are doing 200 mg every 7 days that is a lot compared to most men. I would guess your fluid retension is due to E2 conversion. How much arimidex are you taking? At 100 mg per 7 days you should be in the range for erections to be adequate. This should give you a total T > 500 for most of the week if not all. There is not a significant difference in the two esters of Testosterone - only half life (how long they last). Maxing out on T does not necessarily help - it can even make things worse like high E2. Have you tried any ED drugs? TRT does not necessarily help you if you have ED. It will allow you to get erections but if you have had problems prior you may need something like cialis. The other part is psychological - after failing at being able to have sex on multiple occasions makes it hard for men to not think about failing again. Even though you know you are prepared with the TRT, there is always that thought that lingers - will it work this time? I speak from experience - I put my wife through hell for 2 years till I finally got on TRT. After being on it for three years now - yes life is so much better but I still struggle with the ED part. Cialis helps both to get an erection easier, and keep it so it is also a confidence builder. Hope this helps - Arkansas From: Verily Light <verilylight@...> Subject: Re: Re: Testosterone cypionate or enanthate Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 6:27 AM Xian, Thank you for answering my questions and concern for my well-being. Guest guest
This is excellent, Justus. You sound much more hopeful & joyful than before. Your experience is encouraging. TRT is no substitute for sanctification, but it certainly helps in so many ways that affect behavior & mood. Your post is especially helpful for folks who suffer from low T but think of TRT as vanity rather than medical treatment. This perception circulates frequently during conversations with people at my church about it. ***** I agree with Dan. If you need 200 mg Test. Cyp. or Enanthate per week, then by all means keep doing that. However, that dosage may be the cause of quite a bit of aromatization to estradiol. ED can be tricky to resolve, even on TRT. I can relate to your simile about running out of quarters at the arcade. Life Extension mentions it can take a while for atrophied tissue to recover (http://tinyurl.com/5qesak)- as long as 6-12 months perhaps. I think that varies relative to how long you've had hypogonadism, the quality of your treatment protocol, monitoring of E2, & some of the other parameters that TRT changes. (Add to that the complicating psychological factors of performance anxiety & fear of future " failure " .) Besides Testosterone, Human Growth Hormone has been implicated in erectile function, as well as other non-hormonal factors (http://tinyurl.com/55hn3z). TRT has been shown to elevate a molecule similar to Growth Hormone called Insulin-like Growth Factor (IGF-1), but as doctors like Dr. no have noted, growth hormone ( & perhaps IGF-1) tends to be the last hormone to adjust after others have been optimized. What have you tried for ED? Personally, I've tried Cialis with moderate success, & Viagra with minimal response. If you prefer natural solutions, fruits like pomegranates can help, too (http://www.emaxhealth.com/52/13631.html). 47% of men in this study benefited from pomegranate juice without using ED drugs. Just be careful with taking pomegranate juice & medications, as there can be interactions (similar to grape fruit juice's interactions with meds). Keep persevering. ~Xian > > Xian, > > Thank you for answering my questions and concern for my well-being. The improvements since starting Trt have been tremendous, mighty, shocking and glorious.
