That wasn't too bad. Here are my comments:

I have never heard of a 27g 1-1/4 " needle. It is very hard to push through a 25g

1 " . If you go down to 27g I would use a 1/2 " if your legs are lean enough.

Every 2 weeks is very old information.

He did not aspirate to check for blood.

Hi Guys,

Well despite many wars that really never needed to happen. You really don't need

the permission from your doctor. You don't need a prescription for needles, all

you need is a script for the testosterone which is given to me anyway. While

looking around on youtube last night I cam across this video, but thought that I

should get you experienced guys to review it and tell me if it is accurate

enough? Or if you have any further advice.

Thanks ,,, actually I am on .50 every 2 weeks?? I am not lean enough and

the pharmacist recommended 1 1/2 " . But the location is correct? And you pull

back in order to see if you hit a vein? The doctors office said that I have to

get someone to inject me in the butt... I keep telling them that people

self-inject all over and I am not sure I could figure out how to self inject

into my butt.

The location is good on the thigh. I have always used a 1 " on my leg. You only

need a 1-1/2 " to inject your glutes. People do inject themselves in the glutes

but I haven't tried it. I would like to try it some time just to give my legs a

little break and have 4 spots to inject.

I assume your Test is 200mg/ml? A starting dose is 100mg(0.5ml) per week. The

half life is somewhere between 5-7 days so you drop almost all the way back to

nothing within 2 weeks. I had an Endo do that to me and after a 200mg dose my

Test was back to 254 after 12 days. A lot of people(me included) inject twice a

week to level everything out.

The half life of testosterone Cyp is closer to 21 days the last time I

looked. With respect to half life, the concentration per ml is not

material. My experiences is that with weekly injections, the different

between the high and low of a weekly cycle is at most 20%. So an 800

ng/ml reading at the high will be 640 ng/ml at the low. I always test

the day of my weekly T injection and I test before actually doing the

injection.

I use 1/2 inch 27 g on my leg for injection and draw with a larger

needle. It has worked fine for 7 years.

The half-life does vary by your SHGB level but most feel 5-7 days is about right

for Cyp or Enan. Drugs.com lists it as 8 days.

The mg/ml does matter because that determines the dose that you get when you

inject 0.5ml but as you say doesn't matter with respect to half-life. Most

people will drop to 50-60% of their peak level after a week. Some people like

myself metabolize it faster. I dropped to almost pre-TRT levels after 200mg and

12 days.

I am like after a shot my levels peak in about 2 days then fall very fast.

Because of this I do my shots 70 mgs or .35mls. every 3 days and the 2 days each

in between I do HCG this keeps me leveled and keeps all the LH cells in my body

and brain working. Being on TRT shuts down LH and doing HCG keeps my testis

working.
