Guest guest
==>Hi Max is it?? > > I know Sally Fallon is a huge fan of bone broths, because of the > minerals but mainly because of the gelatin which is said to greatly > help digestion. > > I'm worried though about the MSG content of that gelatin, especially since I have many autistic symptoms (Asperger) and it is said that they are allergic to MSG, and especially the MSG from the MMR vaccine which comes from virii grown on a gelatin media I believe. ==>MSG and related additives are toxic (neurotoxins), so to say one is allergic is a misnomer when everyone's body will react to toxins. Anyone who is sick, i.e. autistic, cancer, diabetes, or has a depressed immune system will react more such toxins than others. Reactions to toxins are healing reactions implemented by the body to get rid of them, or minimize them - healing reactions are exactly the same list of symptoms as allergic reactions. > > Also, most websites that talk about avoiding MSG say that you must > avoid gelatin. But is that commercial gelatin any different than the gelatin in broths? ==>I don't recommend commercial gelatin; Sally Fallon lists Bernard Jensen's as good, and I think there is another brand that's good too. > > What about gelatin powder, such as the one by " Now foods " . It even > contains a bit of calcium (and I guess it also contains the other > minerals in a broth). And what about the simplier " Knox " gelatin found in all supermarkets? ==>I am not familiar with Now's gelatin; buy Bernard Jensen's instead; Knox gelation - never!! > > I would be greatly interested in using such a product before eating > any protein food, to enhance protein use and digestion. Making the > real broths is very inconvenient for me, and these gelatin powders are inexpensive. ==>There are many other digestive aids as well -see our digestion folder, i.e. ocean sea salt, good saturated fats, sauerkraut and all lacto-fermented veggies, low carbs, etc., etc. > > There is also something in the Nourishing Traditions book, an excerpt from another book, which talk about the AIDS virus surviving on incompletely digested peptides. Maybe it would explain the frequent presence of virii present in the digestive tract of people with digestive problems (such as measles and herpes), in a similar fashion to candida. ==>For more about the germ theory of disease see our Folder " Germ & Antibody Theories are False. " Meats and good saturated fats are the very easiest for the body to digest compared to any carbs, and carbs do interfere with digestion, especially grains, beans, nuts & seeds that are not properly prepared, and high fibres. Lowering carbs significantly improves digestion all on its own. Bee
Guest guest
Do you know that gelatin has some MSG ( 11 %)? It seems that we can get this toxic additive with supplement cups which mostly made from gelatin. i don`t know if cellulosa is better though. Now I prefer to use herbs as tea not in cups.
