I know E2 management is important but I'd like to see where it's discussed by the AACE. If not the AACE I'd like some credible discussion about E2 that I can print out and show my doctor. He was impressed with the AACE printout last time. What's out there that's solid that I can use? I don't mind repeat links to things already discussed before. Thanks......
