flush and replacing electrolytes

I'm going to do a flush again tonight - have done a couple in the past with

a fair amount of success, but not for some time. What I'm doing differently

this time is replacing electrolytes even before taking the olive oil. I've

taken some epsom salts, and it's given me diarrea, which really leaves me

feeling weak and tired and " washed out " , so I'm taking stuff called

" Rehidrat " which contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium

bicarbonate, glucose and sucrose.

Has anyone else ever done this? What have your experiences been? Do you

think it's a good/bad/indifferent idea?

Annie

Annie, I had the same washed out feeling as you. I did two things -

I cut down slightly on the epsom salts and I drank plaenty of fluids

in between the ES/ juice drinks - up to within 1 hour before any ES

drink. - It seemes to help.

Tell me how your solution goes.
