Hear is a copy of post back to me from a Dr. It turns out I had

trouble with my surgery because of the steroids like HC and

Testosterone I was on.

When I discuss HC supplementation, I now add the warning that too

much results in bone density loss. I wasn't doing that before your

latest adventure.

I'm also adding discussion notes advising people to monitor their

serum cortisol levels, even while they're taking HC (no need for

stopping supplementation), so that their serum cortisol doesn't get

too high. Once again, this only surfaced as a result of your latest

adventure.

I'm advising people that if they want to determine whether their

adrenals have recovered, then they will still have to back off the HC

for a few weeks before measuring their serum cortisol.

The following is my reply.

I was told the wire to hold my sternum together did not work because

of the steroids like HC and Testerone I was on.

So yes in my case taking them did this to me. Yet the Dr. said what

can you do when you need the steroids.

So the bones in my chest would not hold the wire to keep my sternum

together. So the opened me up again tied a plate and screws the

became infected.

So it's good you posted the my wife told me the Dr. said this and I

did not believe her because she does not thing I need the

Testosterone or HC.
