Is there any other form of lecithin you can buy that is not from soy?

I took a teaspoon of lecithin which I normally could get away with now

and then, while I was fasting and it set me into what seems to be

permanent gastritis and gall attacks. Just cannot touch soy anymore I

can see that. Years and years ago they used to make a soy waffer that

was delicious and I ate those like candy without any problem. At that

time I had no food allergies as I do now so I did not pay any attention

to what kind of lecithin it was, but now days I cannot find such a thing

anymore. I feel a need for lecithin but cannot find anything but soy.
